Juicy beef burgers
- Preheat the oven to gas 7, 220°C, fan 200°C. Cut 2 sweet potatoes into fries and toss in 1 teaspoon of oil. Place on a large baking tray and roast for 20 mins.
- Preheat the grill to high. Cook 2 rib steak burgers under the grill for 5 mins on each side. Top with 1 slice of Cheddar and grill for 1-2 mins until melted.
- Fill 2 brioche burger buns with mayonnaise, lettuce, the steak burgers, sliced onion and sliced tomato. Serve with the sweet potato fries and any extra lettuce and tomato on the side.
