Delivery Saver is our subscription-based delivery service, designed to help you reduce the cost of home deliveries for your groceries. Once you sign up, any orders you place via Tesco online will be delivered to your home or chosen delivery address. This will not incur a delivery charge, as long as you reach the minimum spend level of €50. You can do that once a day, every day, as long as your plan is valid. The more you shop, the more you save on delivery charges.
For groceries, at final checkout, your order will need to total €50 or more. If your order does not meet the minimum spend levels you will be charged a minimum basket charge in addition to a delivery charge.
Once you've signed up for Delivery Saver, you won't be able to cancel or opt out until your plan is up for renewal, unless it's within the first 14 days after signing up. If you change your mind within the 14-day grace period, you can cancel your plan by calling customer services on 1800 248 123 and will receive a full refund, minus the cost of any deliveries made within the grace period. If you'd like to cancel your renewal after the 14 days, you can do so by visiting the My Plan page and selecting 'Cancel renewal' at the bottom of the page, or calling customer services on 1800 248 123. You will still be able to receive free deliveries until your current plan finishes.
