  1. Finely chop 50g of cucumber, 1 spring onion, 1 chilli and stir into the Tesco Sweet Chilli & Garlic sauce.
  2. Cut the bases off 2 heads of lettuce and separate the leaves, halving the large outer ones. Wash in a colander and set aside to dry.
  3. To each leaf, add some noodles to each one and then top with radish, carrot, coriander and a couple of prawns. Repeat until all the ingredients are used up. You should be able to make between 18-24 wraps. Serve on a large platter with the dipping sauce.
