- Preheat the grill to high. Toast 4 slices of Tesco Finest Signature Sourdough on both sides until golden.
- Heat a griddle pan until medium heat. Slice 225g halloumi and griddle for 1-2 minutes on either side until softened and golden.
- Place the halloumi on the toast.
- Meanwhile, mix 2 tablespoons honey with 1 sliced red chilli in a small microwaveable bowl, and microwave for 10 seconds, so the honey is warm and runny.
- To serve, drizzle the halloumi toast with the hot honey. For an optional finishing touch, sprinkle over with fresh thyme leaves.
