High Protein

Cooking Instructions

Instructions: These are guidelines only. Some appliances may vary. Remove all packaging before cooking.Ensure product is thoroughly cooked and piping hot throughout. Do not reheat. Not suitable for microwave cooking.

Grill

Instructions: Place under a preheated medium grill for 15-18 minutes, turning occasionally.

Shallow Fry

Instructions: Shallow fry in a little oil over a medium heat for 15-18 minutes, turning occasionally.

Air Fry

Instructions: Place into air fryer basket in a single layer. Cook at 190°C for 12-15 minutes, turning halfway through.

Storage

Keep refrigerated below 5°C at the bottom of the fridge. Once opened, keep refrigerated and consume within 2 days and by date shown. Use by date: See film. Suitable for home freezing. Freeze by date mark shown and use within one month. Defrost thoroughly at the bottom of the fridge before use and use within 24 hours. Never defrost in a warm room. Do not refreeze once defrosted.
