- This delicious mash uses soured cream to make it a little healthier, and chives for extra flavour. Serves 4.
- Cook 800g Maris Piper potatoes and mash. Once smooth, simply stir in 75ml soured cream and 10g snipped chives. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- If you’re making this ahead of time, once cool, you can freeze it in a well-sealed bag or container. To use, defrost overnight in the fridge, then reheat in a pan with a splash of milk or cold water.
