Make store-bought cranberry sauce extra special with this easy 4-minute recipe. Serves 4.
First, chop 1 pear (or apple) into 1cm pieces, discarding the stalk and core, and set aside.
Place a large non-stick frying pan on a medium heat with 1 knob unsalted butter, ½ teaspoon ground allspice and a good grating of nutmeg. Cook for 1 minute, stirring regularly.
Stir in the pear, add the zest of 1 clementine and squeeze in the clementine juice. Mix well and cook for a further 2 minutes, or until softened.
Add 250g ready-made cranberry sauce and warm through, then pour into a bowl and serve.
