Halloween rum punch

  1. First, make a bowl out of a large pumpkin by carefully cutting the top off to create a wide opening. Scoop out the seeds but make sure you keep a thick layer of the pumpkin intact.
  2. Next, make the punch. In a large jug, mix together 400ml coconut rum, 200ml pomegranate juice, 200ml orange juice, the juice of 1 lime, and 400ml ginger ale.
  3. Fill the pumpkin bowl with ice and pour over the punch. Finish off by adding the slices of 2 oranges and 2 tablespoons pomegranate seeds. Cheers!
