Preheat the grill to high. Toast 4 slices of Tesco Finest Signature Sourdough on both sides until golden.
Heat a griddle pan until medium heat. Slice 225g halloumi and griddle for 1-2 minutes on either side until softened and golden.
Place the halloumi on the toast.
Meanwhile, mix 2 tablespoons honey with 1 sliced red chilli in a small microwaveable bowl, and microwave for 10 seconds, so the honey is warm and runny.
To serve, drizzle the halloumi toast with the hot honey. For an optional finishing touch, sprinkle over with fresh thyme leaves.
