First, whisk together 120ml of dark rum, 180ml of Advocaat, 240ml of single cream, 360ml of whole milk, 2 tbsp of golden syrup, 1½ tsp of ground ginger and 1½ tsp of ground cinnamon, in a large jug until combined.
