  1. To start making this classic tipple, whip 120ml of double cream until soft peaks form. Keep this chilled, ready for later.
  2. Next, add ½ tsp of demerara sugar into the bottom of 12 shot glasses.
  3. Add 10ml of your chosen whiskey on top of the sugar and stir until dissolved.
  4. Depending on how you like your coffee, freshly brew 600ml of your chosen of coffee.
  5. Pour 50ml of coffee into each shot glass and stir well.
  6. Using the whipped cream you made earlier, add 1tbsp of cream to each coffee and dust with nutmeg.
  7. Serve and enjoy.
