Preparation and Usage
Perfect for- SandwichIdeally served in a crusty bread bap with iceberg lettuce, sliced sun-ripened plum tomatoes, & topped with a creamy mayonnaise.- Dinner / Main courseServe with a baked potato or mini ciabatta rolls, with a side of salsa & green leaves drizzled with a french dressing. Cooking Instructions
Instructions: Note: ensure the product is piping hot throughout before serving. Ovens may vary, please consult manufacturers handbook for best results.Caution: beware of escaping steam when opening pouch.
Oven cook
Instructions: Hot fan oven, 40 minutes, 180°CRegular oven, 40 minutes, 200°CFor best results thaw for 24 hours in a refrigerator and follow chilled cooking instructions there after.Preheat oven. Remove all packaging. If you wish to cook from frozen follow below instructions. You may need to thaw slightly to help remove product from packaging. Leave sachet of sauce to the side for use later. Place pork into an oven proof dish and put on the middle shelf of a preheated oven for 35 minutes. Remove from the oven and pour off any juice. Use two forks to pull apart the pork. Pour sachet of sauce over and heat in the oven for a further 5 minutes. Serve immediately.

Do not use if vaccum seal is broken.Although every effort has been made to remove bones, some small bones may still remain.
