This delicious mash uses soured cream to make it a little healthier, and chives for extra flavour. Serves 4.
Cook 800g Maris Piper potatoes and mash. Once smooth, simply stir in 75ml soured cream and 10g snipped chives. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
If you’re making this ahead of time, once cool, you can freeze it in a well-sealed bag or container. To use, defrost overnight in the fridge, then reheat in a pan with a splash of milk or cold water.
