- To create this festive fun party treat, add 5 gelatine leaves to a small bowl of cold water for 5 minutes, until completely softened.
- While the gelatine is softening, add 50g of caster sugar to a small saucepan with 3tbsp of water. Heat slowly, until the sugar has dissolved.
- Once the gelatine has softened, squeeze out any excess water and stir into your warm, sugar water mixture. Wait until dissolved and remove from the heat.
- Then the fun bit – pour 400ml of Prosecco and 80g of pomegranate seeds. Make sure it’s mixed well before carefully pouring into champagne flutes or small glasses (about 200ml capacity each).
- Leave for around 4-5 hours or until fully set – serve and enjoy!
- Tip: Make up to 24 hours in advance and keep in the fridge so their ready for your guests when they arrive.
