Clubcard Rewards terms & conditions

Tesco Freetime Limited operates this Scheme under the current terms and conditions of the Tesco Ireland Limited (Tesco) Clubcard Scheme.

Clubcard Vouchers

Valid Clubcard Vouchers (which are those with your name on your quarterly Clubcard Statement mailing entitled ‘Voucher’ and which are in-date, are not sold, damaged, defaced, copied or altered) can be exchanged with Reward Partners at the rates shown in this brochure. Bookings and orders can only be made by the Clubcard Member.

Exchanges can only be made in Clubcard Vouchers. Payment or part payment in cash is not permitted unless otherwise stated. Coupons and money off vouchers will not be accepted. Reward Tokens will be sent to the email address provided on the Reward Partner redemption form, they are not transferable and will be sent in your name.

Any points change will be electronically re-credited to your Clubcard account.

Reward Tokens

1. 1. Reward Tokens cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, scheme or promotion and cannot be exchanged in whole or part for cash.
2. 2. All Reward products are subject to availability and the standard terms and conditions, booking conditions or conditions of carriage of the Supplier.
3. 3. Where relevant, no change will be given if the value of your Reward Tokens is greater than the cost of your Deal, but any shortfall can be paid to the Supplier by cash or credit/debit card (excluding Deals that you buy in full).
4. 4. Clubcard Vouchers will not be accepted by the Suppliers.
5. 5. Reward Tokens are valid for a minimum of 6 months to 1 year when issued. The expiry date is printed on the Reward Partner token emailed.
6. 6. Reward Tokens are only valid on new bookings, you cannot add more Tokens to your booking at a later date.
7. 7. Reward Tokens are only valid on rates published in the brochures shown and unless otherwise stated are not valid on rates shown on the internet.

We aim to dispatch your Reward Tokens within 2-3 hours of receipt of your order. Orders should be made at least 28 days before you intend to book with a Supplier or visit an attraction. Tesco Freetime does not accept any responsibility for the loss of Reward Tokens between customer and Supplier. Unless otherwise stated, you cannot change or cancel your booking once booked or ordered and no refunds or re-credits of Clubcard Vouchers will be given in these circumstances, however unused and in-date Tokens can be returned to us for a points refund.

Do not make any dependent arrangements until your booking is confirmed by the Supplier. Tesco and Tesco Freetime shall not be liable for any goods or services provided by the Supplier or any act or omission of the Supplier, save as required by law.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tesco and Tesco Freetime excludes any liability in relation to the Deals. English Law applies except where caused by Tesco or Tesco Freetime’s negligence.

General

Tesco Freetime may refuse (at all times acting reasonably) any Clubcard Reward order where there is evidence of abuse or attempted abuse of the Clubcard Scheme or where the customer has not acted as a Consumer. For the avoidance of doubt abuse in this clause includes, but is not limited to, having Clubcard accounts in fictitious names, having multiple Clubcard accounts or multiple addresses, multiple memberships of a Clubcard club, claiming points not earned from their own transactions, making multiple purchases of products attracting bonus points and returning those goods for a refund (but keeping the Clubcard Points earned from the purchase) or breaching of any terms of the Clubcard Scheme.

All prices and Clubcard Voucher exchange rates and products and services are correct at time of going to print but may be amended at any time. Taxes and other duties, when they are applied, may be subject to alteration without notice. Suppliers and services provided may be withdrawn or altered without prior notice.

For customers who are part of the Christmas Saver Scheme, please note Christmas Saver Top-up and bonus vouchers cannot be exchanged with Clubcard Reward Partners.

For restaurants - Maximum of 8 guests per party and only 1 party may be booked per visit.

These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights.
