Lost property is logged at the Customer Service Desk, so please check there. To claim an item of lost property, you need to show a form of photographic ID. If you think you've lost a bank card in one of our stores, please check with the store as soon as you can, as we only keep the cards until the end of the next day. After this, we destroy them for security purposes.

We can only consider those with a full and valid permit to work in the country in which they are seeking employment.

You can buy Tesco gift cards from staffed checkouts in store. Just choose your design, then load the card at the till. There's a limit of a maximum of 5 of one type of gift card in-store. You won't earn Clubcard points when you buy a Tesco gift card. If any of our products fall below the high quality you'd expect, please bring them back to store within 30 days, with your receipt, and we'll happily refund or exchange the item.
