Cooking Instructions

Instructions: All appliances will vary, the following are guidelines only. Remove all packaging. It is safer to defrost meat in a refrigerator rather than at room temperature.

Shallow Fry

Instructions: Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a frying pan and cook on a medium heat for 4-5 minutes each side, turning frequently.

Grill

Instructions: Place under a preheated medium grill and cook for approximately 10-12 minutes, turning frequently. Allow to rest in a warm place for 2 minutes before serving.

Storage

Keep refrigerated at 0°C to 4°C. Do not open until ready to use. Once opened keep refrigerated and consume within 24 hours. For 'use by' date, see front of pack. Do not exceed the 'use by' date.Suitable for home freezing. If freezing, freeze on day of purchase and consume within 1 month. Defrost thoroughly in a refrigerator and use within 24 hours. Do not refreeze once thawed.
