Valentine's Day recipes

  1. Prepare 2 tall glasses and divide ice cubes and your choice of frozen fruit.
  2. Pour 25ml of gin into each glass, then top up the fizz with approximately 150ml each of raspberry and rose lemonade.
  3. Squeeze lemon juice into each cocktail and swirl in with a long spoon or skewer.
  4. Garnish with a slice of lemon and serve immediately.
