- To start making the ultimate hot chocolate, whisk 25g of cocoa powder and 60g of caster sugar into 50ml milk, until fully dissolved.
- Next, add the remaining 800ml of milk to a pan and add your chocolate mixture. Slowly bring to the boil.
- Roughly chop 100g of dark chocolate and place around 90g of it into your favourite mug.
- Carefully pour the boiling milk mixture into your mug, watching the rich dark chocolate melt under it.
- If you’d like extra chocolate, sprinkle the remaining 10g of dark chocolate on top and enjoy.
