Instructions: Place on a microwaveable plate. Cook for 5 mins 30 secs in a 900W appliance, 6 mins 20 secs for 800W and 7 mins 15 secs for 700W appliances.

Instructions: For best results oven cook. All appliances vary in performance, the following are guidelines only. Remove sleeve and pierce film before cooking.Leave to stand for 1 minute before serving. Ensure food is thoroughly cooked before serving. Do not reheat.

Oven cook

Instructions: Place on middle shelf of preheated oven at 180°C / 160°C Fan / Gas Mark 4 for 25 minutes.

Storage

Keep refrigerated between 1°C and 5°C. Once opened, consume immediately and by the use by date. For "use by". See front of pack. Not suitable for home freezing.
