Microwave
Instructions: Microwave 900WRemove contents from the box. Pierce the pouch in several places. Place onto a microwavable plate and microwave on full power for 4 minutes. Gently shake the bag, and microwave for a further 3 minutes. Allow to stand for 1 minute. Carefully cut open the pouch and drain the cooking juices before carving. Care should be taken when opening as steam will escape.
Air Fry
Instructions: Airfry 200°Preheat air fryer to 200°C. Cook times below based on the power output of the air fryer. Cook times may vary in different models. Adjust cooking time accordingly.2000W, 20mins1700W, 20mins1400W, 25minsRemove all packaging. Using a scissors, carefully cut open the plastic pouch. Empty the contents into foil and wrap the joint in the foil. Place wrapped joint in pre-heated airfryer and cook for the time specified. Carefully remove the foil and allow joint to stand for 1 minute before carving.
Cooking Instructions
Instructions: This product must be cooked before carving. The following are guidelines only. Some appliances may vary. Ensure product is thoroughly cooked and piping hot throughout. Do not reheat. Do not cook from frozen.
Oven cook
Instructions: Electric oven 200°C, Fan oven 180°C, Gas oven mark 6Preheat oven. Remove all packaging.Step 01: Using scissors, carefully cut open the plastic pouch. Empty the contents into an ovenproof dish and cover.Step 02: Cook the turkey joint in the centre of the oven for 30 minutes.Step 03: Carefully remove from the oven and drain cooking juices before carving.
Storage
Keep refrigerated below 4°CKeep refrigerated. Once opened, use within 24 hours and by the use by date. Suitable for home freezing. Freeze by date mark shown and use within 1 month. Defrost thoroughly at the bottom of the refrigerator before use and use within 24 hours. Never defrost in a warm room. Do not refreeze once defrosted.
