Cooking Instructions

Instructions: Remove all packaging. For best results grill.

Grill

Instructions: 16-18 Minutes1. Place burgers under a pre-heated high grill, turning occasionally.

Shallow Fry

Instructions: 12-14 Minutes1. Add a little oil to a pan and heat to a high setting.2. Place the burgers in the pan and brown for 1 minute on both sides.3. Reduce heat to medium and continue to cook for 10-12 minutes turning occasionally.Allow to rest in a warm place for 5 minutes before serving.

Storage

Suitable for freezing. Ideally freeze as soon as possible after purchase but always by 'use by' date shown. Not suitable for cooking from frozen. Defrost thoroughly for a minimum of 24 hours in the fridge. Once defrosted use within 24 hours and do not refreeze. Follow the preparation guidelines above. Keep refrigerated. Once opened, consume within 1 day and by ‘use by’ date shown.
