Dietary information

Microwave

Instructions: Do not remove from packaging.Pierce bag twice and place on a non metallic plate and cook on full power.Leave to stand for one minute after heating.Remove from packaging and serve.Adjust times according to your particular microwave oven.

Stir Fry

Instructions: WOK Remove all packaging. Heat a little oil in a heavy based frying pan or wok. Stir fry for 1-2 minutes.

Steam

Instructions: STEAM 2-3 mins. Steaming spinach gives the best results. Remove all packaging. Place in a steamer and steam for 2-3 minutes or until tender. Drain well and serve immediately.

Hob

Instructions: HOB 1-2 mins.Remove all packaging. Place 3 x 15ml (3 tbsps) of water in a sauce pan. Bring to the boil. Add the spinach to the pan and cook for 1-2 minutes or until tender. Drain well and serve immediately.

Storage

Keep refrigerated. Once opened, consume within 2 days and by 'use by' date shown. Not suitable for freezing.
