Oven from frozen

Instructions: 200ºC / Fan 180ºC / Gas 6 45 mins Remove outer sleeve. Pierce film in several places. Place tray on a baking tray in the centre of a pre-heated oven and cook for 35 mins. Remove film and cook for a further 10 mins. Leave to stand for 1 minute after cooking.
