Oven cook

Instructions: Remove all packaging. Allow joint to rest for 10 minutes at room temperature before cooking.180°C/Fan 160°C/Gas 4For medium lamb: 25 mins per 500g plus 25 mins.For well done lamb: 30 mins. per 500g plus 30 mins. Drizzle the joint with a little oil and season with salt and pepper. Place joint in a roasting tray and roast in the centre of a pre-heated oven for calculated time. Remove from oven and allow to rest for 10 minutes. Carve and pour over some of the cooking juices before serving.ImportantAll appliances vary, these are guidelines only. Keep refrigerated at 0°C to +4°C at the bottom of the fridge.Once opened, consume within 1 day and by 'use by' date shown. Suitable for freezing. Ideally freeze as soon as possible after purchase but always by 'use by' date shown. Defrost thoroughly for a minimum of 12 hours in the fridge. Once defrosted, use within 24 hours and do not refreeze. Use by see front of pack.
