Keep refrigerated at 0-5°C. Do not open until ready to use. Once opened, keep refrigerated and consume within 1 day and by 'use by' date shown. Do not exceed the use by date. Not suitable for home freezing.
Oven cook
Instructions: Preheat your oven to 180°C (Fan) / 200°C / Gas Mark 6. Remove the outer sleeve and peel back the film lid. Set the accompanying sauce sachet aside for later use.Lightly brush the pastry with beaten egg yolk for a rich, golden finish. Place the foil tray on the middle shelf of the preheated oven. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the pastry is beautifully golden and crisp. Remove from the oven and allow to rest for 5 minutes before serving. Ensure the product is piping hot throughout and that juices run clear before serving. Meanwhile, pour the contents of the sauce sachet into a heatproof dish and microwave on high for 30-40 seconds until piping hot. Drizzle the sauce generously over the beef.Chef's Tip: Brushing the pastry with egg yolk adds a rich colour and a bakery-style golden finish. Do not reheat. Not suitable for microwave cooking.Not suitable for cooking from frozen.
