Shallow Fry

Instructions: 7-8 mins. Heat a tablespoon of oil in a frying pan until hot. Remove mince from packaging and add to the pan.Cook over a medium to high heat, using a wooden spoon to break down mince while cooking.Drain well before serving.Important: Remove all packaging. Always wash hands, surfaces and utensils thoroughly after contact with raw meat. All appliances vary, these are guidelines only. We recommend that all meat products are cooked thoroughly. Please ensure product is thoroughly cooked and piping hot throughout, no pink meat remains, and the juices run clear. Not suitable for microwave cooking. Not suitable for cooking from frozen.

Storage

Keep refrigerated 0°C to +5°C at the bottom of the fridge.Use by: See front of pack. Keep refrigerated. Once opened, consume within 24 hours and by 'use by' date shown. Suitable for home freezing. Ideally freeze as soon as possible after purchase but always by the 'use by' date shown. Defrost thoroughly for a minimum of 24 hours in the fridge. Once defrosted, use on the same day and do not refreeze.
