Instructions: For best results oven cook from frozen. 200ºC / Fan 180ºC / Gas 6 40-43 mins Remove outer carton. Pierce film lid in several places. Place tray on a baking tray in the centre of a pre-heated oven and cook for 30-33 mins. Remove film lid and cook for a further 10 minutes.

Microwave from frozen

Instructions: 800W 12 minutes / 900W 11 minutesRemove outer carton.Pierce film lid in several places.Place on a microwaveable plate.Heat on FULL POWER.Allow to stand for 1 minute after cooking.
