Preparation and Usage
You Will Need: 160-170ml Cold Water; 10g Unsalted Butter.
What's included: Pancake mix, Maple syrup flavour sauce.
Cooking time: 3 minutes. Method: Frying pan. Makes: 4 pancakes
Method:
1. Empty the mix and water into a bowl. Whisk until well combined and free from lumps.
2. Heat a non-stick frying pan over a medium heat. Add a small knob of butter to the pan and enough batter to make a pancake approx. 12cm-14cm in diameter.
3. Cook the pancake for approx. 1 minute 30 seconds, until it sets and bubbles appear. Turn over and cook a further 1 minute 30 seconds, until golden brown and the pancake has risen.
4. Continue until all the batter is used up.
5. Use the maple syrup to decorate your pancakes.
