Keep refrigerated at 0-5°C.Do not open until ready to use. Once opened keep refrigerated and consume within 1 day and by 'Use by' date shown. Do not exceed the use by date.

Oven cook
Instructions: Preheat oven to 180°C (Fan) / 200°C/ Gas Mark 6. Remove the outer sleeve and peel back the film lid, setting aside the enclosed sauce sachet for later use.Cover the foil tray loosely with kitchen foil and place on the middle shelf of the preheated oven. Roast for 30 minutes. Carefully remove the foil, and return to the oven for a further 10 minutes. Ensure the lamb is piping hot throughout and that the juices run clear before serving. Sauce Finishing Touch: For a more indulgent finish, empty the contents of the sauce sachet into a heatproof dish and microwave on high for 30-40 seconds until hot, then drizzle generously over the lamb before serving. Chef's Tip: Remove from fridge 30 minutes before cooking to bring to room temperature. For a succulent medium-rare finish, reduce the total cook time by 5-10 minutes. Do not reheat. Not suitable for microwave cooking. Not suitable for cooking from frozen.
