Oven cook

Instructions: Pre-heat oven to 180°C Fan/200°C/Gas Mark 6.Remove sleeve and top film. Cover the foil tray with tin foil and place in the centre of pre-heated oven.Cook for 25 minutes. Remove from oven, remove foil cover and cook for a further 15 minutes until aubergine is soft. Ensure product is thoroughly cooked and piping hot throughout. Do not reheat.

Storage

Keep refrigerated at 0-5°C. Do not open until ready to use. Once opened keep refrigerated and consume within 1 day and by 'use by' date shown. Do not exceed the use by date. Not suitable for home freezing.
