Keep refrigerated 0°C to +5°C at the bottom of the fridge.Once opened, consume within 24 hours and by 'use by' date shown. Suitable for home freezing. Ideally freeze as soon as possible after purchase but always by the 'use by' date shown. Defrost thoroughly for a minimum of 24 hours in the fridge. Once defrosted, use on the same day and do not refreeze. Use by see front of pack.

Cooking Instructions

Instructions: To enjoy your steak at its best, take it out of the fridge and remove the packaging 10 minutes before cooking. For best results, we recommend pan frying. Rub or brush each side of the steak with frying oil and season with sea salt and freshly ground black pepper.CautionDo not reheat. These are guidelines only as steak thickness will vary. Always wash hands, surfaces, and utensils thoroughly after contact with raw meat.ImportantWe recommend that all meat products are cooked thoroughly. If cooked rare there is a small risk that harmful bacteria may be present. Not suitable for microwave cooking. Not suitable for cooking from frozen.

Shallow Fry

Instructions: 1-2 mins.Add to a well-oiled frying pan and fry over a high heat for: Rare: 1 min., Medium: 1 1/2 mins, well done: 2 Mins, turning occasionally.

Grill

Instructions: 2-4 mins.Place under a preheated high grill and cook for Rare: 2 mins., Medium: 3 mins, Well done: 4 mins., turning occasionally.Remove from the grill/pan and allow to rest for 1-2 minutes before serving.

Film. Do Not Recycle Tray. Recycle
