Once defrosted use within 24 hours and do not refreeze. Defrost thoroughly for a minimum of 12 hours in the fridge. Keep refrigerated. Once opened, consume within 1 day and by ‘use by’ date shown.

Microwave

Instructions: Not suitable for microwave cooking

Shallow Fry

Instructions: Allow steaks to rest for 10 minutes at room temperature before cooking. PAN FRY Chilled: 6-10mins. Pre-heat a heavy based frying pan over high heat until smoking. Fry the steaks for 1 minute on each side to seal in the juices. Reduce to a medium heat and cook for a further 4 minutes (medium) or 7-8 minutes (well done) turning halfway through cooking. Remove from pan and allow to rest for 2-4 minutes before serving. These instructions are given as guideline only as steak thickness will vary slightly.
