Preparation and Usage

For best results grill. For best results do not pierce sausage skins.

Oven

Instructions: OVEN 200°C / Fan 180°C / Gas 6 Chilled: 18-20 mins. Place on a baking tray in the centre of a pre-heated oven, turning occasionally.

Microwave

Instructions: Not suitable for microwave cooking.

GriLL

Instructions: GRILL Chilled: 10-12 mins Place under a pre-heated medium grill, turning occasionally

Storage

Suitable for freezing. Ideally freeze as soon as possible after purchase but always by 'use by' date shown. Not suitable for cooking from frozen. Follow the preparation guidelines above. Once defrosted use within 24 hours and do not refreeze. Defrost thoroughly for a minimum of 12 hours in the fridge. Keep refrigerated. Once opened, consume within 2 days and by 'use by' date shown.
