Oven from frozen

Instructions: 200°C/ Fan 180°C/ Gas 6 Frozen 45 mins Place on a baking tray in the centre of a pre-heated oven for 30 mins. Peel back film lid, add 2 tablespoons of water to rice and stir both compartments separately. Re-cover and heat for a further 15 mins. Leave to stand for 1 minute after heating.

Microwave from frozen

Instructions: For best results microwave from frozen.Remove outer packaging and pierce film lid.Place on a microwavable plate.800W 9 mins / 900W 8 mins 30 secsHeat on full power for Frozen 800W & 900W 6mins.Peel back film lid, add 2 tablespoons of water to rice and stir both compartments separately.Re-cover and heat for a further 3 mins 800W 3mins/900W 2mins 30 sec.Leave to stand for 1 minute after heating.

Important: If food has thawed, do not refreeze. Keep frozen at -18C or cooler.
