INGREDIENTS: Green Salted Caramel Sauce [Double Cream (Milk), Sugar, Water, Brown Sugar, Cornflour, Sea Salt, Colour (Copper Complexes of Chlorophyllins)], Wheat Flour [Wheat Flour, Calcium, Folic Acid, Iron, Niacin, Thiamin], White Mini Marshmallows [Glucose-Fructose Syrup, Maize Starch, Pork Gelatine, Flavouring], Black Icing Tube [Sugar, Glucose Syrup, Rapeseed Oil, Palm Oil, Emulsifiers (Mono- and Diglycerides of Fatty Acids, Polyglycerol Esters of Fatty Acids), Colour (Vegetable Carbon), Flavouring, Preservative (Potassium Sorbate), Acidity Regulator (Citric Acid)], Fat Reduced Cocoa Powder, Raising Agents (Sodium Bicarbonate, Monocalcium Phosphate), Salt.

Preparation and Usage
What you need:75g softened unsalted butter, muffin tray, greaseproof paper.
What's included: chocolate cookie mix, green salted caramel sauce, mini marshmallows, black icing tube.
Cooking time: 18 minutes
Method: Oven
1. Pre-heat the oven to 180°C/Fan 160°C/Gas 4.
2. Line each hole with a disc of greaseproof paper.
3. Empty the cookie sachet into a bowl, add the butter.
4. Mix together to form a dough.
6. Divide the mix into 6 balls then press each ball into the cupcake holes evenly around the base and up the sides. Press gently to create a cookie case.
7. Bake in the centre of the oven for 18 minutes.
8. Remove from the oven, while warm carefully press the centre of each case to create a gap for the caramel & allow to cool for 5 minutes before carefully removing from the tin and placing on a cooling rack.
To Assemble:
9. Divide the caramel between the 6 cases.
10. In a microwaveable bowl, add the marshmallows and microwave on full powder for 10 seconds to melt the mallows. Allow to briefly cool before spreading the sticky mallow over the cookie cups.
11. Decorate using the black icing pen.
