INGREDIENTS: Water, Tomato (21%), Tomato Paste (6%), Rapeseed Oil, Dried Onion, Ginger Purée, Sugar, Modified Maize Starch, Garlic Purée, Salt, Coriander, Paprika, Cumin, Turmeric, Colour (Paprika Extract), Acidity Regulator (Citric Acid), Cinnamon, Fennel, Red Chilli, Cumin Seeds, Fennel Seeds, Black Pepper, Fenugreek, Ginger, Coriander Leaf.

Preparation and Usage
Rogan Josh.
Serves 2.
Cooking time: 15 minutes.
Method: Hob.
Ingredients:
15ml (1 tbsp) oil;
300g skinless boneless chicken thighs;
1 jar of Tesco Finest Rogan Josh Sauce.
Method:
- Heat 15ml (1 tbsp) of vegetable oil in a saucepan.
- Add 300g of diced chicken thigh and sear for 5 minutes.
3. Pour in the jar of sauce to the pan.
4. Simmer for 10 minutes, with lid on, until the chicken is cooked through.
To serve: Serve with cooked basmati rice or naan and garnish with chopped coriander.
Try substituting chicken thigh for 300g spinach and bell peppers.
