Preparation and Usage

Tip: After flipping the burger, add a slice of cheese for the final 2-3 minutes of cooking time.

Microwave

Instructions: Not suitable for microwave cooking.

Barbeque

Instructions: BARBECUE 1-2 mins. For a chargrilled barbecue effect, cook as per cooking instructions above, then place on the barbecue for a further 1-2 minutes, turning frequently.

Other

Instructions: PAN FRY 4-6 minutes.Put a little oil in a pan and place over a high heat until smoking hot.Remove burgers from packaging and add to the pan.Using a spatula to smash the burgers, press down firmly until the burgers reach a thickness of approx. 10mm.Cook for 2-3 minutes until a golden brown crust forms on the outside of the burgers.Flip the burger over and continue to cook for 2-3 minutes.Drain well before serving.

Storage

Suitable for freezing. Ideally freeze as soon as possible after purchase but always by 'use by' date shown. Not suitable for cooking from frozen. Follow the preparation guidelines above. Once defrosted use within 24 hours and do not refreeze. Defrost thoroughly for a minimum of 12 hours in the fridge. Keep refrigerated. Once opened, consume within 1 day and by ‘use by’ date shown.
