Preparation and Usage

Instructions1. Defrost overnight in your fridge or thaw at room temperature for about 90 minutesDo not allow the pastry to become too warm or it will be difficult to work with2. Lightly flour the work surface and pastry before rolling out to your required thickness. As a guide, a thickness of approx. 3mm is ideal for most uses3. Allow to stand for a few minutes to reduce shrinkage4. The two blocks of pastry can be used separately or rolled together to make one large shell5. Bake in a preheated oven at 220°C (200°C fan oven), Gas 7, or at the temperature in your recipeServesOne 400g pack will make a 23 cm tart such as an Apple Tart or 8 individual tartlets
