Organic Polenta BramataBiona Organic Polenta Bramata is made from gluten free, coarse-milled cornmeal. Simply boil with water following our packet instructions, or elevate this traditional Italian staple's natural corn flavour by simmering in vegetable stock and adding a handful of Italian hard cheese for a smooth, creamy texture.

Boil

Instructions: Bring 750ml water to a boil before reducing to a simmer. Gradually pour in 120g of Polenta and stir constantly until thick. Cook for approximately 30 minutes.
