Oven

Instructions: 200°C/Fan 180°C/Gas 6 1 hour 30 mins Remove outer packaging and place gravy sachets to one side. Open the pouch and transfer beef joint and juices into a deep roasting tray. Cover with foil and place in the centre of a pre-heated oven. Cook for 1 hr 15 mins, basting at regular intervals. Remove from the oven and discard the foil. Return to oven, uncovered for the final 15 minutes. Remove from the oven and allow to stand for 5 minutes. Shred the beef and serve with the gravy.

Microwave

Instructions: Not suitable for microwave cooking.

Hob

Instructions: Gravy:Pour the contents of the sachets into a saucepan and simmer over a medium heat for 8-10 minutes.

Storage

Suitable for freezing. Ideally freeze as soon as possible after purchase but always by 'use by' date shown. Follow the preparation guidelines above. Not suitable for cooking from frozen. Once defrosted use within 24 hours and do not refreeze. Defrost thoroughly for a minimum of 48 hours in the fridge. Keep refrigerated. Once opened, consume within 1 day and by ‘use by’ date shown.
