Instructions: Remove outer packaging and pierce film lid. 200°C/ Fan 180°C/ Gas 6 40 mins Place on a baking tray in the centre of a pre-heated oven for 30 mins. Peel back film lid and stir both compartments separately. Re-cover and heat for a further 10 mins. Leave to stand for 1 minute.

Microwave from frozen

Instructions: For best results microwave from frozen.800W 10 mins / 900W 9 minsRemove outer packaging and pierce film lid.Heat on full power for 6 minutes (800W & 900W).Peel back film lid and stir both compartments separately.Re-cover and heat for a further 4 mins (800W), 3 mins (900W).Leave to stand for 1 minute.
