Preparation and Usage

Remove all packaging and allow steak to rest for 10 minutes at room temperature before cooking.

Suitable for freezing. Ideally freeze as soon as possible after purchase but always by 'use by' date shown. Follow the preparation guidelines above. Once defrosted use within 24 hours and do not refreeze. Not suitable for cooking from frozen. Defrost thoroughly for a minimum of 12 hours in the fridge. Keep refrigerated. Once opened, consume within 1 day and by ‘use by’ date shown.

Instructions: Not suitable for microwave cooking

Shallow Fry

Instructions: Remove all packaging allow steak to rest for 10 minutes at room temperature before cooking. Pan Fry: 8-14 mins: Lightly brush with a little oil. Pre-heat a heavy based frying pan over high heat until smoking. Fry the steak for 1 minute on each side to seal in the juices. Reduce to a medium heat and cook for a further 6-8 minutes (medium) or 10-12 minutes (well-done), turning halfway through cooking. Remove from pan and allow to rest for 3-5 minutes. These instructions are given as a guideline only as steak thickness will vary slightly.
