Oven

Instructions: Temperature: 200, 180, 6Time: 35 - 55 minsCooking Instructions: Remove all packaging, discarding absorbent pad. Allow meat to rest at room temperature for 30 minutes before roasting. Do not remove butter or rosemary sprig. Pre-heat oven to 200C/Fan 180C/Gas 6. Brush a little oil onto the surface of the joint and brown on all sides in a hot pan. Place the joint on a roasting tray and place into the centre of the oven for 35 minutes for rare, 40 minutes for medium or 55 minutes for well done, basting occasionally during cooking. Transfer the joint from the roasting tray to a clean board to rest in a warm place for 15 minutes before carving. Remove strings before carving.

Microwave

Instructions: Not suitable for microwave cooking.

Storage

Suitable for freezing. Ideally freeze as soon as possible after purchase but always by 'use by' date shown. Follow the preparation guidelines above. Once defrosted use within 24 hours and do not refreeze. Not suitable for cooking from frozen. Defrost thoroughly for a minimum of 24 hours in the fridge. Keep refrigerated. Once opened, consume within 1 day and by ‘use by’ date shown.
