Suitable for freezing. Ideally freeze as soon as possible after purchase but always by 'use by' date shown. Once defrosted use within 24 hours and do not refreeze. Follow the preparation guidelines above. Defrost thoroughly for a minimum of 24 hours in the fridge. Keep refrigerated. Once opened, consume within 1 day and by ‘use by’ date shown.

Oven

Instructions: Temperature: 200, 180, 6Time: 30-50 minsCooking Instructions: Remove beef from packaging, discarding absorbent pad. Allow to rest at room temperature for 30 mins before roasting. Remove sauce sachet from packaging and set aside until required. Brush a little oil onto the surface of the joint and brown on all sides in a hot pan. Place the joint on a roasting tray and place into the centre of the pre-heated oven for 30 minutes for rare, 35 minutes for medium or 50 minutes for well done, basting occasionally during cooking. Transfer the joint from the roasting tray to a clean board to rest in a warm place for 15mins before carving.

Hob

Instructions: HOB 3-5 mins. To heat the sauce, empty contents into a small saucepan and heat gently for 3-5 minutes. Do not allow to boil. Pour sauce over the joint and serve.
