Preparation and Usage
Seasoned Roast Potatoes
Cooking time: 45-50 mins
Method: Hob and Oven
Ingredients: 3 tbsp vegetable oil; 1.5kg Maris Piper potatoes; Tesco Roast Potato Seasoning(50g).
Method:
1. Pre-heat oven to 200C/Fan 180C/Gas 6.
2. Peel and cut potatoes into large pieces.
3. Boil potatoes in water for 10 minutes.
4. Drain off the water and shake potatoes in the pot with a lid on to fluff up the edges.
5. Leave the potatoes to one side to dry slightly if needed.
6. Heat 3 tablespoons of oil in a roasting tray.
7. Coat the potatoes with all the seasoning, add to the roasting tray and roast for 45-50 minutes, turning part way through, until golden and crisp.
