Preparation and Usage

Pizza BaseYou Will Need:200g Odlums "00" pizza & pasta flour2g Fast acting yeast4g Salt120ml WaterMakes one 12" pizza.Method:1. In a large bowl add the flour, yeast, salt and water and mix to form a dough.2. Turn the dough onto a floured surface and knead for about 12 minutes, until dough is smooth and elastic.3. Return to the bowl and cover loosely with a tea towel. Leave in a warm enough place to prove until doubled in size. This should take about 90 minutes to 2 hours.4. Preheat the oven to 200°C/Fan 180°C/400°F/Gas Mark 6.5. When dough is ready, dust a board with flour and roll out to a round.6. Place pizza on a baking tray, spread on some tomato sauceand add your choice of toppings.7. Bake for approx. 12 minutes.8. Slice & enjoy!Note: As baking characteristics of ovens vary, always check your manufacturer's guidelines.
