Preparation and Usage

Product needs cooking.

Microwave

Instructions: 3,30 min.Empty the content of the package in a microwave friendly bowl. Pour your favourite sauce on them and place the bowl in the microwave. Heat them for approximately 3'30"at 750w.

Cooking Instructions

Deep Fry

Instructions: 5 min.Pour a good splash of oil into a pan and heat it. Once the oil is hot, add the gnocchi and fry them for approximately 5 minutes. They will be ready once they start to turn gold brown.

Hob

Instructions: Add a tablespoons of salt to the 3 quarts of water and bring to boil. Pour Patamore gnocchi in the water - as soon as they come back to surface, they are ready! Use a kitchen skimmer to get the gnocchi directly from the pot. Add them to your favourite sauce.

Shallow Fry

Instructions: 3 min.In a large frying pan combine your favourite sauce with two or three tablespoons of water to give it a more liquid consistency. Then add the gnocchi into pan in one single layer. Cook at a medium - high temperature for 3 minutes or until the sauce reaches the density you prefer. Enjoy!

Keep refrigerated at +4°CThe pack, once opened, will last two days if refrigerated.
