The tradition and reputation of the Horgan family has been synonymous with the finest quality food products since 1921. Horgan's 1921 vintage Reserve Irish Cheddar, which has been specially selected by Michael Horgan, is the product of generations of passionate Irish cheese makers and is our finest cheddar yet. The cheddar has been aged for up to two years to give a distinctive strong flavour. Through the lenghty maturation process, salt crystals form naturally, giving a distinctive crumbly texture and a real bite. Refined sweet notes balance out its tangy sharpness.
