Sourdough loaf with rye linseed and quinoaOur Finest Rye, Linseed & Quinoa Sourdough is made using a live, over 30 year old sourdough starter with a process dedicated to developing the unique flavour & texture of Finest Sourdough breads. By adding rye flour to a sourdough base, we have created earthy notes within the dough that highlight the nutty flavours and textures of brown linseed and quinoa within and topping the loaf. Enjoy as part of a brunch, a healthier sandwich carrier or toasted on its own with butter.
